Our Doctor’s message during the Corona Outbreak

Malara Eyecare COVID-19 Update

After much thoughtful consideration, we at Malara Eyecare have decided to stop all routine eyecare, and limit our care to eye emergencies and contact lens and glasses orders; and pickups arranged only by calling and scheduling through our Liverpool office at 315-622-3500.

If you need contact lenses you can call and order them and have them shipped directly to your home. If you have glasses already on order, you can call to make arrangements for curbside pickup. Or, if you are unable to physically get out, we will make arrangements to have them delivered directly to your home.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes, but we care too deeply for you, our staff and their families, and those already affected by this terrible virus to continue putting any more of us at risk. This is a very fluid and rapidly-changing event, so we will do everything we can to keep you aware of our status and when we will be able to see patients again in our offices.

If you have an upcoming appointment our staff will be contacting you, if they have not already, about helping you with any immediate needs you may have and also about rescheduling your visit. Thank you again for your understanding as we all navigate through this unique situation. Our thoughts and prayers go out to each of you and your families, as well as those already affected by the virus.

Thank You from Dr. Malara and Staff
