Sudden loss or blurring of vision
New flashes of light or new onset of floating specks in vision
Severe eye pain
Chemical splash in the eye
Siginificant injury to the eye or head
Foreign particle in the eye
Red eyes, or extreme sensitivity to light
Discharge from eyes
Extremely swollen eyelid
Contact lens lost or ripped while on the eye
Steamy or cloudy vision of recent onset
Sudden onset of unequal pupil sizes
Sudden double vision or crossed eyes
